TIDM-RF-SENSORNODE: The RF Sensor Node Platform is intended as a miniature development platform for 6LoWPAN and 2.4 GHz applications. The platform has three on-board sensors which includes a 3-axis accelerometer, a temperature sensor and two light sensors. The RF Sensor Node Platform can be a stand-alone sensor node or can be paired to either a PLC (Power-line communication) board or an RF interface board, making a hybrid node. The RF node supports 2.4GHz RF protocols which includes 6LoWPAN or ZigBee®. Since the links between the nodes can be wired and/or wireless, hybrid networks offer better reliability and noise resistance than traditional nodes.

Standalone 2.4GHz Range Extender Reference Design
CC2592EMK-RD: This standalone 2.4 GHz range extender reference design provides all the information needed to use the SimpleLink™ CC2592 range extender (PA/LNA front end) with any 2.4 GHz RF radio in a wide range of applications, including sensor mesh networks and gateways. The CC2592 range extender contains PA, LNA, switches, balun, and RF matching, working together to increase the power output and improve receiver sensitivity for a 2.4 GHz low-power RF radio.

CC2520-CC2591EM_RD: The CC2520-CC2591EM Reference Design contains schematics and layout files for the CC2520-CC2591EM evaluation module used in the CC2520-CC2591EMK Evaluation Module Kit. The reference design demonstrates how to integrate CC2520 and CC2591, and shows good techniques for decoupling and RF layout. For optimum RF performance, these parts should be copied accurately. This is a 4-layer reference design with both an SMA antenna connector for RF output matched to 50 ohm and an inverted-F PCB antenna.
