TIDA-00756 Always-on Low-power Gas Sensing with 10+ Year Coin Cell Battery Life Reference Design | TI.com
TIDA-00756: The TIDA-00756 TI Design uses nano-power operational amplifiers, comparators, system timers, temperature sensors, and the SimpleLink™ ultra-low power 2.4-GHz wireless microcontroller (MCU) platform to demonstrate an ultra-low power carbon monoxide detector implementation. These technologies lead to an extremely long battery life, over 10 years with a standard CR2032 lithium ion coin cell battery, which could be used for applications including gas detection or air quality monitoring. The carbon monoxide detector has sensitivity up to 1000 ppm with a standby current of 1.07-µA. The design guide includes techniques for system design, detailed test results, and information to get the design up and running quickly.
Dynamic Field-Powered NFC for Data Logging Access Control & Security Applications Reference Design
TIDA-00217: This reference design is a sub-system design for NFC (Near Field Communication) and authentication. This subsystem design is intended as a reference design for part authentication, access control, personal identification, battery-less sensor interface, security token transfer, and low power transfer of local data. In many systems, especially safety critical applications, it is imperative that only authentic, inspected, and properly maintained parts are utilized. The documentation describes the implementation of a subsystem capable of storing such information and communicating this data to the outside world by way of NFC or I2C/SPI/UART to a connected host controller. This reference design provides an easy method for wireless data and power transfer to any standard NFC compliant device.
Distance and Weight Measurement Using Inductive Sensing Reference Design
TIDA-00215: The Distance and Weight Measurement Using Inductive Sensing Reference Design is a sub-system design which converts a distance measurement to a weight measurement. This design is intended as a reference design for building automation and weigh scale applications. In mechanical systems, there are many situations that require precise and accurate measurements of distance. One such scenario is the conversion of a distance measurement to a weight measurement, through the use of springs with well-known characteristics. This reference design enables weight and distance measurements to be incorporated into end systems, without the use of expensive magnets or other sensing materials.
672W Highly Integrated Reference Design for Automotive Bidirectional 48V-12V Converter
TIDA-00558: Today's automotive power consumtion is 3KW, which will increase to 10KW in next 5 years and 12V batttary is unable to provide that much power. 48-12V bi-directional convertor provides high power requirement solution with two phases each capable of running 28A. This solution allows bidirectional current control of both phases using a C2000 control stick and firmware OCP & OVP. The 48-12V bi-directional converter removes the voltage conditioner need and distributes loads more evenly. The 48V battary is used to power high torque motors and other high power components such as A/C compressors and EPS, while no change to 12V battery loads.
Contactless AC-Current Sensing Using a Hall Effect Sensor
TIDA-00218: This TI Design uses Texas Instruments' Hall sensing technology to provide a solution for knowing how much AC current is flowing through a wire without any physical intervention. TIDA-00218 implements a flux concentrator to concentrate the flux around the AC current-carrying wire, rather than letting it escape in air, and then directing that flux to a hall sensor.

TIDA-00399 SSD Power Delivery Reference Design | TI.com
TIDA-00399: The TIDA-00399 design implements a complete power delivery solution for an SSD in the M.2 form factor. The TPS22954 load switch is used to limit inrush current and eliminate the need for a separate supervisor circuit on the system input. This design is tested and includes GUI, demo, and User's Guide.
