PMP7672: This reference design describes an 18W power supply for driving a string of 13 LEDs (3.3V) at 420mA. The targeted application for this design is T8 fixtures transitioning from standard fluorescent tubes to more efficient LEDs. With an operating efficiency of over 87%, an input voltage range of 90 VAC - 275 VAC, and form factor of 282mm x 18mm, this design provides an ideal solution for this application. Test results provided in this design include EMI tests per CISPR22 Class B standard.
PFC Boost LLC Resonant Half-bridge 24V@3.5A
PMP5761: PMP5761 is designed for hybrid filber/coax system with nominal 40VAC-90VAC input and generate a 24V/3.5A output. A cascade PFC and LLC-SRC two stage system is applied in this design to guarantee high power factor is achieved in nominal input range. Transition mode PFC controller UCC28051 and resonant converter controller UCC25600 are applied to PFC and LLC-SRC, respectively. With PFC output set to 300V, PMP5761 is able to keep out in regulation with input up to 200VAC. 80% converter efficiency is achieved at 40VAC and 87% converter efficiency is achieved at 115VAC.

TIPD158: This CerTIfied Reference Design is a low cost system that implements a 12-bit loop-powered, or 2-wire, transmitter using the DAC7311, OPA317, and TL431B. The design includes a protection circuit that provides immunity to the IEC61000-4 test suite. The design also includes a circuit to rectify a reverse polarity supply voltage. The protection circuit and rectifier do not negatively affect the current output performance, resulting in <0.2% total unadjusted error (TUE).
