Multi-phase Energy Measurement with Isolated Shunt Sensors Reference Design
TIDA-00601: The TIDA-00601 design implements a Class 0.5% three-phase energy measurement system with isolated shunt sensors. The isolation is achieved through the use of isolated delta-sigma modulators that have output circuitry capacitively isolated from input circuitry. PMP5137.1: The PMP5137 reference design uses the UCC28610 quasi-resonant flyback controller to generate three outputs (8V, 12V, and 24V) from a 220VAC input. This supply can provide 50W of output power with over 86% efficiency.

PMP4715: The PMP4715 is a constant current LED driver, including the PFC function, delivering 12V to 28V with a constant current of 1.4A. The input voltage is the high line.
Isolated Flyback for Industrial Applications (12V @ 250mA)
PMP5515.3: This reference design is a multi-output output isolated flyback, working from universal line. The main regulated output is 3.3V@350mA; the 5V and 12V outputs are regulated by means of linear regulators and the 24V output has been generated with a small charge pump. The converter takes advantage of the cascode-flyback topology and quasi-resonant working mode to deliver low EMI and good efficiency at light load.
400VDC Input 12V/60W Synchronous Flyback
PMP5195: The PMP5195 reference design generates an isolated 5V at 60W. This design uses the UCC28610 quasi-resonant flyback controller in conjunction with current-transformer-driven synchronous rectifiers to provide good efficiency at heavy loads while maintaining low power consumption at light loads. The maximum load efficiency is over 90%, and the no load losses are less than 200mW when powered from a 400VDC input voltage.

PMP6845: The PMP6845 reference design uses three TPS40140's to control 6 Synchronous Buck Phases. Main switch pair for each phase is the dual CSD86350Q5D. The optional added CSD16325Q5 for the low side enhances efficiency, especially at full load. Efficiency is 87.5% at full load and over 90% for loads from 20 thru 80A. Electrical and Thermal test results shown for both with and without the added CSD16325Q5. An on board dynamic load allows rapid load transients to be tested.

PMP4844: The PMP4844 reference design provides an isolated 24V output at 120W from an 18V to 54V telecom input with up to 94% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller along with an ISO721 digital isolator and TPS28225 to drive synchronous rectifiers. The circuit is built in an industry standard Half-Brick footprint.
