Digitally controlled power multiplexing and monitoring system
PMP5927: PMP5927 is an I2C controlled 1:7 Power Mux and Monitoring System for DC distribution systems from 9 to 80 V. It is well suited for distributing power to TMAs (Tower Mounted Antennas), LED Arrays, and other DC systems needing sequencing, circuit protection, and monitoring via an I2C interface. With the built in USB to I2C converter, the PMP5927 can be easily used with only a USB to Mini USB cable and the downloadable GUI.
36V-75VDC Input, 12V/10A Active Clamp Forward, 1/8th Brick Form Factor
PMP7451: This reference design generates a 12V/10A output from a standard 48V telecom input. The UCC2897A controls an active clamp forward converter power stage. The low gate charge and low RDSon of the CSD18531Q5A, implemented as self-driven synchronous rectifiers, provide for a highly efficient design. This design is laid out in a standard 1/8th brick footprint and includes enable, remote sense, and output overvoltage features.
18V-60V Input, 12V@10A Active Clamp Forward
PMP6547: This reference design provides 12V at 10A from a wide range 18V-60V telecom input with greater than 93% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller with synchronous rectifiers for an efficient, yet cost effective solution that can operate from either a 24VDC or 48VDC input bus.
18V-30V Input 24V@6.25A Active Clamp Forward Reference Design
PMP8944: This reference design provides a regulated and isolated 24Vdc at 150W from an 18Vdc-60Vdc input with greater than 94% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller with synchronous rectifiers for an efficient, yet cost effective solution.
18Vdc-36Vdc Input, 28V/100W Active Clamp Forward
PMP7294: This reference design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller to generate an isolated 28V/3.6A output from a standard 24Vdc telecom input. This design uses diode rectification on the output stage and achieves efficiencies up to 93%. The output is adjustable down to 24V by changing a single resistor value.
LED driver 16.8V@2.6A
PMP4531: high power 2.6A LED driver (sepic) for up to four LEDs P7 out of 12V to 24V input
36V-75VDC Input, 5V/20A Active Clamp Forward, 1/8th Brick Form Factor
PMP8366: This reference design generates a 5V/20A output from a standard 48V telecom input. The UCC2897A controls an active clamp forward converter power stage. The low gate charge and low RDSon of the CSD17312Q5, implemented as self-driven synchronous rectifiers, provide for a highly efficient design. This design is laid out in a standard 1/8th brick footprint and includes enable, remote sense, and output overvoltage features.

PMP4540: 200W single stage boost converter, 48V @ 4A out of 24V input
18V-75V Input, 12V@12A Active Clamp Forward
PMP8380: This reference design provides 12V at 12A from a wide range 18V-75V telecom input with greater than 94% efficiency. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller with synchronous rectifiers for an efficient, yet cost effective solution that can operate from either a 24VDC or 48VDC input bus.
Universal LED Front Light for Automotive Applications
PMP5518: This reference design is an universal LED driver in which the LED current is adjustable via 4-bit IID interface. The Sepic is has a range of the following three parameters: max. 20W, max. 60V output voltage (string voltage, so less than 15LEDs), max. 1.4A LED current. The reference design has a wide input voltage from 6V to 19V.
PFC Boost LLC Resonant Half-bridge 24V@3.5A
PMP5761: PMP5761 is designed for hybrid filber/coax system with nominal 40VAC-90VAC input and generate a 24V/3.5A output. A cascade PFC and LLC-SRC two stage system is applied in this design to guarantee high power factor is achieved in nominal input range. Transition mode PFC controller UCC28051 and resonant converter controller UCC25600 are applied to PFC and LLC-SRC, respectively. With PFC output set to 300V, PMP5761 is able to keep out in regulation with input up to 200VAC. 80% converter efficiency is achieved at 40VAC and 87% converter efficiency is achieved at 115VAC.
