220W Synchronous 4 Switch Buck-Boost Converter
PMP9490: PMP9490 is a 225W four Switch Buck –Boost Design utilizing best in Class Synchronous Buck Boost Converter LM5175. The design accepts an input voltage of 9.5Vin to 20Vin and provides the outputs of 15V@15 A for Constant Voltage Output Application such as Voltage stabilizer or as Power amplifier SMPS, 10.8V to 15V@12.5A for CC/CV Battery Charger application, and 12.5 A for Constant Current LED Drive application. It features an inexpensive and more efficient solution to using discrete Buck and boost converters. The average current regulation loop of the IC at the output is used for Battery Charging profiling with no external circuit being involved.
12Vin Compact Dual 5V/5.5A Point-of-Load with PMBus using NexFET Power Block II Reference Design
PMP9559: The PMP9559 reference design is a compact dual 5.5A POL solution with PMBus in 0.65" by 0.90" size. It showcases CSD87381P power block II with high efficiency and excellent thermal performnce. It has programmable frequency, soft-start, external compensation, adjustable current limit and OCP/OVP/OTP features. It also adds PMBus capability to low current rails. It is suitable for digital high density low-current power rails (<11A).
12V 1A Isolated PoE PD Power Supply Reference Design
PMP940: PMP940 is a high efficiency, isolated, synchrounous flyback Power-over-Ethernet PD power supply reference design intended to ease implementation of PoE in devices such as IP phones, WLAN AP's and security cameras. The reference design uses a TPS2375 PoE Powered Device Controller to implement all necessary detection, classification, inrush current limiting, UVLO and switch FET control necessary to be compliant with the IEEE802.3af Power-over-Ethernet standard. A UCC3809 Economy Primary Side Controller is used to generate 12V at 1A from the 48V PoE input. The design is optimized for maximum efficiency in the smallest board area possible.
